What is health and wellness coaching?

– Health and Wellness Coaching is a collaborative process where we identify your strengths and help you take meaningful steps toward your goals

How many sessions do I need? (eg. how long will it take to see results?)

– Sessions can be as few as 5 or as many as 15 depending on what challenges you are facing.  Everyone is different.

How long is each session?

– Sessions can range from 20 to 50 minutes

What will we work on during each session?

– At the very first session, you are given homework that will explore where you wish to begin.  Remember, this is about you, not the coach.

How much do my sessions cost?

– Single sessions are $150, with package pricing available for those ready to commit to their journey

Are my sessions confidential?

Absolutely! The only exception to confidentiality is if there is a known risk of harm to you or someone else — in those cases, as mandated reporters, we are required to notify the appropriate authorities.
